Exterior Painting
Plan exterior painting around the condition of siding, stucco, eaves and trim, with a clear approach to preparation, access and color.

Walk the elevations before choosing a finish
Shaded walls, sunny exposures and areas below windows can weather differently. Note peeling coatings, open joints and damaged trim. Define which repairs are part of painting and which require separate carpentry or moisture investigation.
Set the color boundaries
Decide where the body color ends and accent colors begin at fascia, soffits, doors and window surrounds. Review a sample on the actual exterior in daylight and confirm how landscaping, paving and adjacent surfaces will be protected.
Should damaged siding be painted over?
Have damaged areas reviewed first. The estimate can distinguish repair or replacement from the coating work and put those tasks in the right order.
