Window Replacement
Compare replacement windows by opening size, operation and the amount of interior trim, siding or stucco affected by the installation.

Review the opening from both sides
Look at sill condition, interior casing and the exterior finish around each unit. Replacing a window within the existing frame has a different scope from removing the frame or changing the opening size. Record which windows are difficult to operate or show signs of moisture.
Choose operation and finish details
Consider furniture, walkways, ventilation and cleaning access when choosing how a window opens. Review frame colors indoors and outdoors, along with any trim or finish repairs around the new unit.
Can I replace only some of my windows?
Yes. A window-by-window schedule can identify the first phase and record the style, finish and dimensions for future work.
