Moving a toilet or shower drain in a slab-on-grade house means cutting concrete. In an Eichler with radiant heat, the tubing has to be located first, so we include that step before committing to a new layout.

- Inspect before closing. Plumbing, electrical and shower waterproofing are inspected while open, then the final is scheduled.
