Fire Damage Reconstruction
Plan the rebuild after fire damage, with a room-by-room scope for replacing affected assemblies, reconnecting systems and restoring finishes.

Define the rebuild after assessment and cleanup
Inspection reports and the remediation scope establish which areas are ready for reconstruction. The rebuild can include framing, wall and ceiling assemblies, cabinetry or finishes, along with coordination of the trades serving those rooms.
Document the finishes you want to restore
Collect pre-damage photos, original drawings and any finish records you have. Mark items to recreate and changes you want priced separately, such as a revised kitchen layout or a different flooring material.
Can I compare restoring the original layout with remodeling it?
Yes. A baseline reconstruction scope and a separate list of requested changes let you compare the effect on materials, trade work and timing.
