R&B Master Construction Inc. / Evergreen
Foothill neighborhoods and newer subdivisions in San Jose's Evergreen district, remodeled from our San Jose headquarters.
Evergreen sits in the eastern foothills of San Jose, with many homes built from the 1970s onward and newer neighborhoods closer to the hills, some with HOAs. Views, slopes and two-story homes are common.
We remodel Evergreen kitchens and bathrooms and plan additions and whole-home updates. Design and City of San Jose permits are part of every project.
Housing context
Evergreen homes from the 1980s and 1990s often have builder-grade kitchens and baths. Hillside lots can add grading or drainage questions, and HOA rules may apply to exterior changes.
Evergreen / Design & permits
In Evergreen, building permits are issued by the City of San Jose Building Division. We prepare the drawings, file the application and answer plan-check comments for you, and when a Evergreen project needs architectural plans, our in-house licensed architect draws them.
