- Confirm the route. Cupertino's instant permits through Accela Citizen Access target narrow jobs such as re-piping, so we check early whether your bathroom scope needs standard review.
- Upload the plan set. When review is required, the architect's drawings are submitted electronically and we respond to the reviewer's comments.
- Inspect before closing walls. Rough plumbing, electrical and shower waterproofing are inspected while open, followed by a final inspection.
