Bathroom Remodeling in Willow Glen
Vintage bathrooms in Willow Glen, rebuilt behind the walls.
Some Willow Glen bathrooms still have their original tile and a clawfoot or cast-iron tub. Others were redone decades ago with little thought for the house. Either way, the plumbing behind them is often the oldest thing in the room.

Bathroom remodeling / Willow Glen
Starting with the pipes.
Galvanized supply lines narrow over time and can fail. In a Willow Glen remodel we usually replace them back to a sensible point, so the new bathroom is not fed by old pipe.
Architectural services by our in-house licensed architect; design, architectural drawings and permits included.
City of San José Building Division
Permits for a Willow Glen bath.
Replacing supply lines, moving fixtures or adding circuits requires a City of San José permit; we handle it and check whether any historic review applies.
- File. Application and drawings to San José.
- Rough inspection. New pipes and wiring are inspected in the open walls.
