What happens behind the wall decides whether a shower lasts. In a Campbell bath we strip back to the studs where the tub was, check the subfloor and install a waterproofing system before any tile is chosen.

City of Campbell Building Division
When Campbell asks for a bathroom permit.
A new shower valve, a relocated drain or new wiring for a fan or heated floor will normally need a City of Campbell permit. We file it and schedule the inspections.
- Submit. Plans go to the Campbell Building Division.
- Rough inspection. The plumbing and electrical are seen before the shower is waterproofed and tiled.
- Final. A last Campbell inspection closes the permit.
